MEET THE BOYS
Say hello to the sires and that one steer that Kyrie just had to have!
Brisby
Brisby came to us from Illinois as a small, full highland bull calf. He is currently about 3.5 years old and our current herd sire. He loves people and is super friendly. He loves to be brushed and eating treats.
Mauney
Mauney was our original herd sire. Mauney was 100% highland and came to us from just down the road in Virginia. Mauney had a very calm and playful disposition and loved head scratches. He left the farm 2022.
Dash
Dash was born on the farm in the middle of 2024. Our plan was to sell him as soon as he was weaned, but the longer he stays, the harder it is to let him go. He is basically a puppy, and usually is let out to hang out in the front yard waiting for treats.
Tyson
Tyson (middle) came to us as part of a group of five from Little Lucky Cattle Company in Rapid City, South Dakota. Tyson is a highland/hereford steer with great colors and a funny and playful personality. As our herd expanded, and space was limited we decided we could not keep a steer. Tyson started a new life as a youth bareback and bucking steer in 2023.
